My three pound brain is sometimes too heavy for me to handle.

I woke up at 4:30 this morning thinking about Christmas Tags. Other mornings its a soluton for crocheting beads into scarves. I even find soloutions for things that are not even my problem. If only I could channel this constant thinking to aid world peace or hunger. Do other people have times where they don't think about anything? Even in meditation you are thinking on something.

My roomate from my freshman year said it best: Always thinking, elly always thinking, That's what I like about you.

honey mustard man

I think that the Subway on Metro Center Blvd. is an establishment that takes drug rehab patients. I can successfully go through the line and not make eye contact with one single person. Every sandwich artist looks just beyond me with a blank stare. And their questions and interactions are like a stale ballet.

"Six inch or foot" they say
"meat?"
"cheese?"
"anything else?"
"sauce?"

At this point I feel like if I don't stop them, my sandwinch could be flooded with Honey Mustard and declared and natural disaster zone.

Shouldn't they say thank you or applaud me for eating a healthy lunch? Just a little inspiration to come back? That might be too much. That might not be part of their rehabilitation plan. So, I do come back with the motivation that Keith Urban might be my honey mustard man.

1. My two front teeth are touching.

2. Popeye's restaurant in Nashville is missing 50 servings of shrimp that totals $180.00 in cost.

3. my office Christmas tree is up and I have listened to my favorite Christmas CD twice.

4.this week i am putting together a presentation of Christmas and Easter bags. We will be capitalizing off of the Birth and resurrection in the same buying quarter this year.

5.I had a dream about a serious talk with my bosses. they had a list of ten things I needed to improve on and the main thing was that I didn't dust my desk.

nursing home carmel

I was thinking about my childhood halloweens on the way home from work yesterday. I was thinking about all of the candy that I would bring home and how kids really don't need that much sugar in their life. (especially six month olds that eat twizlers.)

Then I relized that I brought home a lot of candy but I never consumed it.

You see my mother is a clever woman. She would let me pick out 10 pieces of candy for myself and then I had to give away the rest to the church ladies at the nursing home. Then I really got thinking. Old church ladies with dentures can't chew carmel. What really became of all of that sugar? Did she eat it herself durring the afternoon soaps? Surrley she didn't throw it away. Of course there is always the option of saving it for the next year's trick or treaters.

I hope not.
